There are many things that you can read however if you are using Blogger be sure and check their help links first. When in doubt use the Google search engine to find what you are looking for. I have listed some Google sites below as well as other reading references. There is a help function at most hosting sites and you should get familiar with using it.
Please note that any of the potential links below can change and therefor appear broken. If that should happen please use Google search. Any book links you see below are directed at Amazon unless otherwise noted.
- Website: Webmasters support for bloggers at Google. This reading is very good and will have other links that it will pay to review. It will show you how to add webmaster tools to your blog and help drive traffic if your site is produced within their guides. Good stuff!
- Book: Here is one I mentioned at the seminar that I think is good reading. "Create Your Own Blog" by Tris Hussey. Tris's writing is easy to read and substantial in it's content. You could take any one thing and do further research however he does cover blogging, podcasting and the use of video. All of it very well.
- Book: This is own more aimed at doing your own thing and it is "CRUSH IT" by Gary Vaynerchuk. Gary used blogging and podcasting and video as well as other social media tools to bring his business to fulfillment and there are some good idea's presented in his book.
- Book: PROBLOGGER by Darren Rowse and Chris Garrett. The sub title for this book is "Secrets for Blogging Your Way to a Six-Figure Income". Very good and well written. It is an easy read and shoulde be on your 'must' list for making yourself a better blogger. Incidently, there is money in blogging. Have you found yours? I am still working on it.
